Refund Policy for Digital Products:
1. General Policy
- All sales of digital products are final.
- Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased and delivered.
- By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Downloaded or accessed digital products.
- Purchases made in error.
- Change of mind after purchase.
3. Exceptions
- We at Bizzgenie believe in customer satisfaction and have great importance for it.
- If you are not satisfied with our services, let us know and we will try our best to resolve your problem at the earliest with highest priority. But even then if you are not satisfied, Bizzgenie offers a full refund to our customers, if refund request is made within 7-14 days of payment for our package. We will retain credit/debit processing charges and VAT.

With this feature, if you are not satisfied with our product and service at our second attempt to solve your issue. - In case of any physical products, the below rules apply,
- In the rare case we can't pick up the item from your location you can ship it back to us on the address mentioned in your invoice through a courier service of your choice.
- To ensure that we can identify and track the product(s) returned by you, please do inform us of the name of the courier company and the courier tracking number/ AWB number/ Docket number.
- Please note that we will not be able to initiate the refund process, if we do not have the these details. These details can be sent to us via email us at support@bizzgenie.net or call us on 1-844-341-5444.
When Will You Get Back Your Money
- After the above process verification, We will refund the entire amount paid by you for the product(s) the money will be directly credited to your bank account.
- Please Note: Shipping charges (if any in case of physical product)is not refundable. Typically the refund process is completed within 48 hrs from time of refund initiation.
Payment Flow
- All service payments are initiated via secure payment links provided by us. Upon confirmation of the service details, a payment link containing the service description, amount, and currency will be sent to you via email.
- You will complete the payment by clicking the link and submitting card details through our secure payment gateway. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms of the service and authorizes the transaction.
- Please ensure that the payment link is accessed only by you, as it contains sensitive payment information. The link will remain valid for 12 hours unless otherwise specified. Services will only be confirmed or scheduled upon successful payment receipt or as scheduled.

Chargebacks and Disputes
- Chargebacks and payment disputes without contacting support may result in suspension of your account.

- Subscriptions/packages: Auto-renew monthly/annually; full details shown pre-purchase.
- Cancel anytime via account dashboard; no prorated refunds mid-cycle unless specified. Trials (if offered) convert automatically with clear notice.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only to undelivered services and must be requested within 30 days of purchase:
- Full refund if cancelled >48 hours before scheduled consultation or delivery.
- 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours prior.
- No refunds for same-day/no-shows, post-delivery services, or subjective dissatisfaction.

Disputes and Chargebacks
