Cancellation Policy for Bizzgenie.net

Bizzgenie.net, a Delaware, USA-based consultancy platform offering business hygiene, HR optimization, and strategy services, maintains this Cancellation Policy to respect both client and consultant time. Cancellations must be requested via support@bizzgenie.net or your account dashboard, in compliance with US consumer laws and payment gateway rules (Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net). This policy applies to all bookings, subscriptions, and packages.​

Cancellation Timeframes and Fees

More than 48 hours before scheduled service: Full refund or reschedule at no cost.

24-48 hours before: 50% refund or credit toward future services.

Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund; full fee applies to cover preparation time.​

Subscriptions and Packages

Cancel anytime via dashboard; no prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Unused portions of multi-session packages may qualify for pro-rata credit if cancelled early per above timeframes.​

How to Cancel

Email support@bizzgenie.net with order ID, date, and reason, or use the dashboard. We confirm receipt within 24 hours. Automated reminders sent 48 and 24 hours prior include this policy.​

Exceptions and Our Cancellations

We waive fees for emergencies (e.g., illness with proof) at discretion. If we cancel, full refund or reschedule offered. Late arrivals may shorten sessions without extension or refund.​
